Tellington Touch ~ A gentle soft-touch therapy that improves health, behavior, and supports relaxation.  This work helps your dog become more adaptable, less anxious, and aids a deepening relationship with your best friend.

T-Touch has been shown to reduce anxiety, pain, tension, separation anxiety,

post-traumatic stress, post-surgery recuperation, acute and chronic injury.

It is excellent for your working, competition, service, and therapy dogs.

Craniosacral Therapy ~ Craniosacral therapy is a very gentle soft-touch (about the weight of a nickel) non-invasive therapy that soothes,  releases tensions and restrictions. This therapy can provide deep relaxation and create a powerful sense of peace for your dog.

When used in conjunction with Tellington Touch touches,  Craniosacral therapy provides  even deeper release.  Recommended by veterinarians.

Tui Na Chinese Massage ~ A therapy using special touch techniques along the acupuncture channels.  'Helps with circulation, pain, restricted motion from acute and chronic problems.  I use a very  light touch for dogs to move and balance Qi (energy) in the meridians.

Lymphatic Drainage ~ Very gentle touch therapy that helps to remove toxins and stagnation from the body. Special therapeutic protocol is used.  Recommended by veterinarians.

Reiki ~ Japanese therapy (Usui) uses hands and extremely light touch to balance and restore life-force energy (Qi/prana/Ki).  Rei- means 'light,' or 'sacred ray,' while -ki means 'life-force energy.'

Reiki works whether one 'believes' in it or not.  It is not a religion or creed. The element of universal energy is unlimited in its application.  When used with animals - your dogs - it can have a subtle, yet powerful healing effect.  Our animals are open and receptive to the healing potential of Reiki and do very well with it.

I use Reiki with every animal.  (People too.)  You may not see me in 'Reiki positions,' but its application is something that preceeds every session and sets  treatment.

I also provide single Reiki sessions both in person, hands-on, as well as long-distance Reiki for all your pets. Please ask me about how I can serve your pets from a distance.

Aromatherapy ~ Natural oils can be very beneficial to calm, soothe, and even energize  your dog.  Oils are chosen carefully after taking a thorough history and discussing your dog's needs with you.  Your veterinarian may also suggest what he or she thinks might benefit.

Purity and scientific quality are paramount in my oil choices. You will notice I'm not partial to any one particular company simply because I have a penchant for the best quality oils I can find.

Select oils are decided.  They can be applied to your dog's collar, behind his ears, or lightly on his shoulders.  Because your dog has a powerful sense of smell, only a drop of oil is used.  The scent is carried directly to the brain, producing an immediate effect.

Care is taken to avoid oils in homes with cats, birds, and reptiles.

I prefer to work with your veterinarian's approval.

It is good to be able to make contact with your veterinarian to keep her or him advised of what we are doing.  Should you elect to bypass this channel, you will have that option on your intake form.
